You can contact us before buying or without signing in. Include your order reference, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. Never send your password or full payment-card details.
Already have an account?
Sign in to your private support conversations to ask about access, reading, viewing or an order. You can also open your library to resume your book and view available order information. Private conversations are visible only to your account and authorized staff.
Finding a purchase
Use the email address from checkout when signing in or setting up your library. Look for the Infinite Upside order or access email, including in spam or junk. If it is missing, email support; a missing email does not mean you should pay again.
Printed books and delivery
For a direct website order, send the order reference and explain any delay, damage or incorrect item. Delivery dates and tracking depend on the actual order and carrier. Please do not post your address or order details publicly.
Payments, refunds and other retailers
PCH Exotics Inc is the payment merchant for direct Infinite Upside website purchases; Stripe processes payments. The book is published by Sheth Capital, Inc. See refund and order help for direct-order requests. For an Amazon, Apple Books, Google Play Books or other retailer purchase, use that retailer’s order and refund process. We can still help identify the correct edition or route.
