Using the Infinite Upside website and buying directly from us.

Who provides the book and payments

Infinite Upside is by Vijay Sheth and is published by Sheth Capital, Inc. PCH Exotics Inc is the payment merchant for direct website purchases. Stripe processes payments. For questions about these terms or a direct order, contact InfiniteUpside@VijaySheth.org.

Choose the edition you want

The product description and checkout identify the edition, included access, price, currency and any applicable delivery charges. An online reader, visual audiobook, movie preorder, printed book and third-party retailer edition are different products; buy the format that suits you. A bundle includes the items stated in its description. The final checkout shows the amount before you confirm payment.

Online library access

Direct digital purchases provide the online reader or visual audiobook access included with the order. The website does not offer book-download buttons. Use your checkout email, complete verification and set up your password to open your personal library and combine eligible purchases made with that address. Your purchased ownership and saved reading or playback positions have no scheduled expiry. Security sessions and temporary media links may expire; signing in again restores available access. Refunded or revoked access may be removed.

Movie preorder

Infinite Upside: The Movie is offered as a paid preorder. The price is charged when you complete checkout. The movie is coming soon, with a projected release date of December 31, 2026. It is a separate product from the existing visual audiobook. When the movie is released, it will appear in the personal library for the checkout email, or for the recipient of a gift, with no second charge for the movie, and we will send a one-time service email saying it is ready. The Paperback Collection, the Hardcover Collection and the movie bundle include the movie preorder on these terms. Requests to cancel or refund a preorder are reviewed under our refund and order-help page, against the actual order, its fulfillment and applicable consumer rights.

Your account and use of the content

Keep your password and private access links secure, and sign out on shared devices. The book and website content are protected by copyright. Buying an edition does not transfer copyright or grant permission to redistribute the content, publish private access links, or resell account access. Uses allowed by applicable law remain available.

Printed-book orders

For available direct print orders, Lulu and its delivery providers print and ship the selected edition. Check the recipient and shipping details before placing an order. An estimate is not a confirmed dispatch or delivery event. If details are wrong or a book is delayed, damaged or incorrect, contact support with the order reference so we can investigate.

Refunds and order problems

Our refund and order-help page explains how to request review of a direct purchase. We do not ask you to make another purchase to resolve missing access. Refunds, cancellations and remedies depend on the order circumstances, fulfillment stage and applicable consumer rights. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service messages and privacy

Order, access, account-security and support messages help provide the service. Buying a book or accepting a gift does not enroll you in marketing emails. Reader-list signup and optional insights have separate choices described in the privacy policy.

Contact InfiniteUpside@VijaySheth.org if a product description, charge or access result appears incorrect. These terms describe the website service; an individual checkout and applicable law determine the rights attached to a specific purchase.
